omg i can SO believe this. Sallie Mae granted me residency deferrment, then took it away (without informing me) my intern year because my school listed my graduation date as the first day of the next month instead of its actual date. my loans were placed in repayment then w/o me knowing. i had no clue that i had 2 months of payments that were due, and subsequently late (why would i be checking the website q month?? i was supposed to have deferrement that whole year..)
that whole cluster#$%$ cost me hours of my life i want back (and even more precious intern year) before they agreed to their mistake and change things around. there is no accountability there.
