Like an out of control growing snowball cruising down a mountainside, this doc will NEVER get out from under this. In one of the lowest paid specialties, she is without a question financially fucked for life.

If Dr. Bisutti takes 30 years to pay off her loans - at a 6.8 percent interest rate - she will have paid $1,290,810.68 in total!! This is a very conservative estimate, as this woman surely took out private loans to finance her education.
The monthly payments on this amount will equal $3585.59. I don't suppose she will be in a position to make double payments.
