Involving Windsor Medical School located in St. Kitts- apparently the owner (who couldn't pass his USMLE and is not licensed to practice in the USA) told lenders that the students were actually enrolled in a midwest massage school in order to qualify for federal student loans!

"Gaddam also owns Doctor Donuts, a "no fat, low fat" fast-food business at his hotel/student dorm in Carbondale. And all of his properties are touted as potential movie-making locations on the Web site of yet another of his ventures: Bollywood Campus, a film company."

I kid you not.

Residency programs should shut out carib grads, with the exception of the well established "big 3": St. Georges, Ross, AUC. In reality, those guys can barely make it into good residencies as it is...the residency market will deal with them harshly in the next 5-10 years.
