500 students!!?!?!? LOL. This "university" is going to account for 3-4% of ALL medical students in the US, PER CLASS?
Good luck getting anything but primary care, if you're lucky, out of this place. Holy cow, when QPAC gets into things, you know medicine is quickly becoming law.
