I've spent the past 16 months at a small shitlaw firm. It seems the boss grows a bit more insane every day. He spent the past month cleaning his office and creating a new employee handbook (only two associates and two paralegals) with multiple spreadsheets to fill out every week. He may actually practice law for about five hours a week and I usually have to fix his work. The courts have even quit calling him and defer to me whenever there is an issue. He monitors my calls, my computer usage and I'm pretty sure he has a hidden camera in my office.
Anyone else running into this type of insanity?

I don't want to say his name because I wouldn't be surprised if he trolls these sites to see if anyone is talking about him. I know everyone that has worked for him so unless we worked together I doubt we're talking about the same person. Luckily, I had an interview with another firm last week that seems promising, so maybe I'll be out of this madhouse soon.
