So what did anyone who took the New York bar exam on Tuesday think of the NYMC or the essays?

Sam Sneed met with his cohorts in an alley to hash a plan about tunnelling into first general bank of albany. greg grendall proposed that he was worried that he would be caught, and began scribbling a last will and testament in grafitti on the alley wall, all the while ralph renfrew was giving greg an evil eye, and holding a pistol under his trenchcoat in hopes of intimidating him to write that he will leave him his picasso painting--unknown to ralf, greg had pawned his picasso in exchange for a rembrant that was used to secure the purchase of the very trenchcoat he was wearing.
a) can sam be charged with conspiracy?
b) is the will valid?
b) is there some kind of influence that can render the will invalid?
